After the big success of the Venice Biennale, Enric Ruiz Geli/Cloud 9 commissioned the design of the exhibition at the UCLA (Los Angeles) and its production to Stardust*. The contents of the exhibition were very similar to the Venice Biennale but the very different contest and location generated the need to rethink on the design of the exhibition.
The projects, models and prototypes were organized along two continuous strips. Every project’s space was defined by a screen with videos and a pattern associated to the project expressing the relation between architectural design and graphic design and the idea of “parametric design” generating multidimensional patterns.
On the dark space called “balck box” were concentrated all the interactive devices of the exhibition.
